ORBIT TORC W3 is made entirely of 430 Stainless Steel including banding, housing and screw, it is specially designed to increase the destructive torque when compared to a normal hose clip, while free torque is controlled maximum at 1.5 NM .

ORBIT TORC W3 can provide higher destructive torque compare to the BS 5315 standard for extra confidence.

The band thread is precisely cold formed into the band which results in a smooth surface underside to optimize hose protection and the band edges are raised to prevent damage to the hose.

The whole piece is entirely made from AISI-430 Stainless Steel, including the screw which is comparable to W3 DIN3017 (German Standard).

ORBIT TORC W3 is suitable for high pressure pumps, turbo engines, fishing boats, or other industrial applications which need high torque with a medium requirement in terms of corrosion resistance.
