Diagnostic Lamp (Pen Torch)

This handy diagnostic pen torchlight is used to check dilation of pupils.  The pen torchlight has a pupil chart for easy reference and comparison to the pupils by the user.  Besides using it to assess pupil response, the pen torchlight can also be used to check mouth and throat areas and examine wounds.
