EN Fire Resistant Safety Storage Cabinet

1. The cabinet is made of high-strength steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with corrosion-resistant orange-grain plastic powder; the cabinet compartment is made of multiple layers of fireproof and heat-insulating materials to achieve the purpose of fire prevention.

2. In normal use, the cabinet door can be opened or closed manually, and the cabinet door is equipped with a damper to adjust the force of opening and closing the door; when the ambient temperature reaches 122° F (50° C), the built-in fuse will disconnect and the open cabinet door will automatically close to protect the items in the cabinet.

3. When the ambient temperature reaches 158° F (70° C), the vent baffle in the ventilation system will automatically close; the ventilation system can be connected to an exhaust duct or air filter.

4. In the event of a fire, the special heat-sensitive material in the door gap and all joints will automatically expand to fill the gap to ensure that the interior of the cabinet is in a sealed state.

5. Each door has an independent cylindrical lock; the reflective warning label on the door complies with ISO 3864 regulations and is very eye-catching in low visibility and under flashlight.

6. The removable bottom spill trough, when used with the perforated insert, can collect the leaked liquid in the cabinet and prevent the items on the perforated insert from being soaked in the leak.

7. Three adjustable steel shelves are standard, with an adjustable spacing of 32mm and a shelf load capacity of 75KG. The shelf flange is 30mm high to prevent small containers from accidentally sliding off.

8. The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with adjustable leveling feet to keep the cabinet balanced even on uneven surfaces.

9. An electrostatic grounding conduction port is provided to facilitate the connection of the electrostatic grounding wire.

10. All fire-resistant cabinets comply with EN, OSHA and NFPA30 standards.

11. Special padlocks can be optionally equipped to achieve two-person double-lock management, in line with the provisions of China's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals".
