2.Tighten adjustment straps (smaller straps)

3.Fix straps in place

4.Tip:Pull main belt down (helps place belt in correct position)

5.Adjust shoulder straps if needed (slide silver buckles)

6.Adjust to a comfortable fit (shouldn't be too tight)

7.Shoulder straps should pull shoulders back into alignment
