Large Diameter Gas Saver is ideal for titanium tubing. High-temperature Pyrex glass gas cups insure full visibility of the weld puddle and directs a uniform gas flow pattern over a very large surface area.

The large gas saver series has a class maximum shield width of 1.1 inches (29 mm), so the welding part (including heat affected area) can be maximized by reducing oxidation. With improved welding properties and better application rate, shield gas consumption can be reduced up to 40%. Allows long electrode projection without polluting tungsten It can also be attached to the torch of competitors (0.75 inches (19 mm) or higher in Argon gas draft free range). Clear Pyrex nozzle with high clarity allows you to see welds through the nozzle.

Alloys such as Titanium that require extra shield gas coverage are now being used for aerospace and motorsport components. Standard and large diameter gas lenses are not adequate to insure a larger surface area of shield gas coverage.
