Belzona 2311 (SR Elastomer) is a two-component elastomeric polymer repair and rebuild composite for rubber components. This easy-to-mix material cures rapidly, without the need for heat, enabling repairs to be carried out with minimal downtime. Belzona 2311 can be used for both emergency and permanent repairs without the need of specialist equipment. It exhibits high adhesion to many substrates - metallic, plastic or rubber - and once applied, can cure to experience movement in as little as 15 minutes. This makes it Belzona’s fastest curing elastomer. Ideally designed for fast and small repairs, this flexible material also has exceptional properties to protect it against wear, impact and abrasion.
