Many card readers out there only make little contact with the SD card, just enough to make electrical contacts. The contacts can break due to the slightest bump, causing potential loss. You may also need a few wiggles and tries to get the card to be read. This is thus one of our own personal favourite affordable card readers to use. Do note that the printings on the card reader might vary from batches to batches, though their form and function remains identical.
