DESCRIPTION

FUEL & SLUDGE CONTROLLER CONDITIONER is a self-dispersing fuel additive used to combat pre-combustion problems with fuel oils in boilers and diesel engine power system.

APPLICATION & USE

FUEL & SLUDGE CONTROLLER CONDITIONER contains extraordinarily effective surfactants and dispersants to combat problems in the pre-combustion stage in diesel and steam propulsion plants burning residual fuels.

FUEL & SLUDGE CONTROLLER CONDITIONER reduces the filter clogging and carbonisation of burner tips and improving injector spray pattern. Soluble sludge and sediments will be removed by the detergents in this FUEL & SLUDGE CONTROLLER CONDITIONER.

DOSAGE

A dosage of 1:4000 is recommended under normal operating conditions. Whenever severe contamination is suspected, the dosage should be increased to 1:1000.

FUEL & SLUDGE CONTROLLER CONDITIONER should be dosed into the bunker tank before bunkering. Dose through the sounding tube or fill pipe.
