WHAT IS A SQUARE FLANGE?
Square flange is used to connect to a plain end pipes or component, allowing a seamless flow of liquid throughout the hydraulic system. It is commonly used in high-pressure connections with small diameter pipes. To create a strong leak proof connection, welding will be done at the recessed part of the flange.
HOW DO I INSTALL SQUARE FLANGE?
- Ensure the surface of the flanges are clean.
- Lubricate the o-ring.
- Next, position the flanges & the bolts correspondingly to the holes.
- Tighten with a spanner for maximum tightness.
