StarTech's high-quality USB cable features a 2.0 male USB A connector at one end and a 2.0 male USB B connector at the other, meaning you can transfer data between your devices at a reliable hi-speed. The cable is the equivalent to 65ft in length, allowing you to position your devices where necessary and use it as an extension cable.
The adapter is bus powered and utilises active circuitry to facilitate usage beyond the 5m limit of a typical USB connector. The cable shield is a braided Aluminium-Mylar Foil and the jacket is made from hard-wearing PVC, protecting everything inside.
This connector is OS independent, compatible with PC Windows® 8/7/Vista/XP and Mac computer systems, and does not require any external software to be downloaded in order to use it. Simply plug in and play.
