Besides the level arch file, the next most popular file type is the 2-D ring files, which are widely used in offices and the homes. These can be PVC type or PP type. They come in different ring sizes and the most popular type is 25mm diameter type as we described below. Our Flexi PP colour 2-D ring files are meant for A4 size documents. The thick PP flap gives the file strength and durability. Ring mechanism is spring loaded and of the galvanised type for long lasting usage. The inside front cover have a translucent pocket, three quarter size of file cover and the front cover is designed with a protruding notch for locking the front cover to the 2-D ring. The D-ring comes with a 2-hole plastic flap holding down the paper documents. The file has a spine dimension of 35mm and the ring itself has a height of about 25mm. There is also the spine pocket which allows for you to tailor your spine labels according to your wish. The finger ring hole is just below the spine pocket, and this made handling of the file with ease. Overall, the file is made of fine quality materials.

File outer dimension is 26.0cm x 30.5 cm x 3.5cm and come in 10 bright PP colours. They are: Black, blue, green, grey, orange, pink, purple, red, white and yellow.
